J'ai chercher sur le forum si ma question était déjà posée, mais j'ai rien
trouvé. Désolée si c'est pas le cas et merci de m'orienter vers une réponse
déjà faite. Voilà, mon problème est mon ordinateur me propose continuellement
une mise à jour pour IE7 mais lorsque je le fais : à chaque fois ça ne marche
pas. On me demande de redémarrer MAIS cela n'arrive pas à s'installer. J'ai
tenté de régler le pb en consultant les pages pages proposées pour la
résolution mais j'y arrive pas. Je vous fais CI DESSOUS un COPIER/COLLER du
texte (la fin seulement car trop long pour ce post-it) qui semble expliquer
la cause du problème avec des CODES ERREUR. Merci beaucoup.

Je ne sais pas si vous avez Windows XP Pro ou Familial mais voici un élément
de réponse :

1. Click Démarrer, click Exécuter , tape cmd puis ENTREE.
2. Tape secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\repair\secsetup.inf /db
secsetup.sdb
/verbose , puis Entrée.

P.S. Pour Windows XP Familial, utilise SubInACL

Bonsoir,
Merci de votre réponse rapide. J'ai la version familiale. J'ai cliqué sur le
lien mais le souci est que c'est un site en anglais. Je n'ai pu suivre que
les 3 premières étapes car j'ai du mal à comprendre. Mais j'ai fini par
téléphoné à Microsoft... ça va me coûter cher vu le temps passé au tél. Mais
bon : tout est réglé. Encore MERCI.
